Global weighing systems maker Control Systems Technology (CST) has appointed Aequus Solutions as its exclusive Accredited Service and Spares Partner for Indonesia.
Aequus Solutions holds National Accreditation Committee (KAN) accreditation LK-054 IDN for calibration and measurement instrumentation and brings more than two decades of experience supporting industrial measurement operations across Indonesia.
The partnership strengthens CST’s service capability in one of Southeast Asia’s most significant mining and bulk materials markets, it said, ensuring customers operating CST belt scales in Indonesia receive consistent, high‑quality local support aligned with CST’s global technical standards.
Under the agreement, Aequus Solutions will provide local service delivery for CST’s full product range installed across Indonesia, including calibration, installation support and spare parts supply. CST will retain responsibility for equipment supply, system performance and technical accountability, ensuring the accuracy and reliability standards for which the company is recognised globally.
Aequus will operate as an extension of CST’s technical service team, supporting customers across mining, ports and bulk materials handling operations and enabling sustained service capability over the life of each installation.
