Lithium battery and energy storage company ROYPOW recently attended Conexpo, where it highlighted its latest line products, including jobsite energy storage systems (ESS), construction machinery batteries, and electric retrofit solutions.
With rising costs and tightening environmental requirements, clean, cost-effective, and resilient energy is becoming increasingly critical. Addressing these challenges, ROYPOW said it is innovating energy solutions designed to enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability for every job site.
The PowerBoost Series, for one, is engineered to replace diesel generators for inductive equipment such as tower cranes and hoists. The system manages large and fluctuating power demands, avoiding instability and voltage drops while reducing the need for costly grid upgrades. Featuring plug-and-play design and industrial-grade durability, it simplifies deployment, minimizes on-site maintenance, and supports reliable performance in demanding environments.
The PowerGo Series delivers reliable power for off-grid or grid-constrained job sites. With a compact, plug-and-play design, it ensures rapid deployment across diverse construction projects, improving equipment utilization and enabling faster payback. Supporting flexible charging and automatic generator start/stop, it ensures continuous operation while reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
The PowerRescue Series addresses the limits of conventional fixed charging solutions, where low efficiency, frequent downtime, and costly site upgrades can impact productivity. With fast DC charging for 24V–100V equipment, rapid on-site deployment, and flexible recharging from the grid, generator, or PV charging station, it improves uptime, reduces infrastructure investment, and lowers operating costs.
Apart from the ESS solutions, ROYPOW showcases the liquid-cooled lithium batteries designed for heavy workloads and harsh environmental conditions. Engineered to withstand vibration and mechanical shock levels above industry standards, the batteries reduce downtime, maximize equipment availability, and improve overall project efficiency. To meet the power requirements of different construction vehicles such as dump trucks and excavators, they can be flexibly scaled in series and parallel to reach up to 1000V/788kWh.
ROYPOW also spotlighted advanced electric retrofit solutions for wheel loaders and concrete mixer trucks.
